Yeah, same basic issue. Mine will run awesome on the highway but when I come to a stop I have to put in nuetral and feather the pedal to keep from stalling.
Cleaning the mass air flow sensor helped (easy) but after replacing most of the sensors and checking the IAC I finally took it to Ford. If they give me an answer I will gladly put more info on here.

Good luck with the sensors. There are several. First off. How many miles do you have? Is your wiring still under recall warranty. Under 100K will still allow you to get the recall done if your car is on the list.
Do you know how to clean the MAF sensor? The IAC is a bitch to get off with out removing a bunch of stuff but it can be done to test and clean it. The The PCV is hard to change but it too can be done with out removing anything else. You will need a long flat head screw driver to pry the hose off and then patience to pop it back on.
Also try removing your intake tube just past the MAF and see it the car still idles or stall with the MAF off. This may help to see if it is really dirty as well.
Sorry about all the writing. Good luck.
You can e-mail directly if you need more help. I should be getting mine back from Ford Tuesday. So maybe I will have some more insight to this issue.
