rear quarter window leak

my 95 4 runner was wrecked at one time and the passenger rear quarter window replaced. It is now leaking when it rains. Does anyone know how to remove the rubber seal that fits over the outside of it. I have the internal moulding/panel out, but cant see how to remove the rubber outside seal. I need to get this off to see where the leak is actually located.
