i just got a 1974 camaro that i am redoing. the inside was shot so im redoing that as well. i came across these plugs that plug into the seatbelts and in the bottem of the seats. this is a "seatbelt ignition interlock system". i never knew of any such thing untill i looked it up on the net. i found that this system prevented the car from being started until the front seatbelts were buckled. the seats have sensors under them that tell if anyone is in the seat or not. i guess from what i read, this was not wanted so they stop doing it, but my car has it. i just put racing seats in the car with 5 point beats. i took the old seat belts out and cut system wires. i need to know how i can bypass this system so my car will start. i have had no luck searching the net and no auto place knows anything about it, can some one please help me out. thanks STEVE
