if the adverti(z/s)e on tv says, a car is $15,000. and if u gona buy it u can get 5000 dollars cash back. now now $15,000 - the $5000 cash back =10,000 right? and if ur gonna use that 5000 u got back to pay for the amount of the car is that mean the car is actually just 5,000 dollars?
