Thermostate housing

On and around the thermo housing there are several wires i have identifed all but two and was wondering if any one could help.
Belowe the water temp sending unit (Guage) is a blue connector.
Dont know that one. Beside the water temp sensor (Green Connector) is a white connector, dont know that one either. Also one more question I just finished doing a BHG and now my fan stays on all the time; can anyone give me feed back on that one. All ya, this is for an 89 7MGTE Manual transmission
