New car buying.

I need a new car(2004+) in the $10,000-$15,000 range and I was wondering if you guys could help me determine the best choice. I will not be taking long trips with this car and I do not need power windows or any of that junk just the basic with power steering and a/c and 5spd. If you have any recommendations I would greatly appreciate them.

I actually like the new scion Tc it is 16k or so tho if you want to spend a little more.
