Well, i didn't buy a Civic because everyone else had one, I bought it because it was in my price range at the time. And I never said i had any 'fancy lights' on my car either. My car is stock because i put my money towards more important things, such as my family and home. Priorities, ya know? If i made a big deal outta my car and acted like it was hot shit, then you'd have a point, but i don't act that way because it's nothing more than a stock Civic, and i don't pretend that it's anything else.

i've gotten rid of the factory stere, and replaced it with a sweet sounding, and verrrry loud Alpine CDA-9815 CD receiver. I've also decided to go ahead with the engine swap, and have chosen the B18C5 as my engine of choice. I just want to build a nice, reliable, and hopefully fast NA motor. Should be a lot of fun; just have to save up the cash. More than likely the swap will take place over the winter or next spring.

I don't know if you anything about Hondas or Acuras, but that's a pretty good engine for a Civic. Plus, not many people get it so he is NOT like everyone else.

I know a shitload about Honda's. The B18C5 came out of the ITR. It is rare as rocking horse shit and expensive as hell. So stating that he bought an economy car for reasons X, Y and Z, needs to make house repayments etc. just doesn't hold water because that swap is frigging expensive anyway.

Hello? Did i ever say i knew what it was, what it represents, etc? No, i just said there are a lot of people who have them. And yes, i have seen the maltese cross, along with many other variations, on many people, be they white, black, Chinese, whatever. I never singled out his particular choice of cross, just the idea of a cross, period. If the guy likes it, he should get it, regardless of what people say. But he asked for people's comments, and i gave one. Why everyone gets so defensive, i have no idea.

Congratulations on your immense knowledge of Hondas. After you finish patting yourself on the back or jerking off or whatever, maybe we can work on your comprehension of the english language? I stated that i plan on swapping in the B18C5. Can you understand what this means? Hopefully, upgrades to my car and updates to this page should start occurring a lot more frequently. Or try this: Should be a lot of fun; just have to save up the cash and get it done at some point. Notice that it doesn't say i'm doing the swap now, or tomorrow, or next week. Yes, the swap is expensive, that's why it'll hopefully happen at some point. It's what i plan to do at some point, hopefully. Obviously things change, which is why i'm not out there buying all sorts of parts in anticipation of an engine swap. Changing bulbs to see better when it's dark, and changing the wiper fluid nozzles to better clear off the windshield are hardly major additions/expenses.

ive got an chain tatooed around my neck onto my chest with an iron cross sitting in the middle of my chest...its not an original-- i saw it on indian larry on one of the great biker build offs and changed it a little for my tastes and had it put on (i made mine a little bit longer than his)..

now i also have "your name" on my ass yes i know that its not original...very far from it...but its amazing how many people havent seen one......

when you go to get your tat just get whatever you want. your the one who is gonna have to wear it for years to come...

Ive seen his work. On my friend...he does good stuff. i was just sayin hes got a sterilizer cause you cant really do it without one. unless you use new needle tubes every time. which can be expensive.

First and foremost.. Who gives a flying fuck what other people think about YOUR tattoo, or your tattoo ideas. Its your body, not theres, its stuck on you, for the rest of your life,(unless you feel like paying to have it removed) Who cares if its not "origional". Yea, origional tattoo's are always nice to see, but if its what you like, and want..then just get it done. I have a Metallica symbol on my arm...thats not all that "origional" but who cares? I like it, I really dont care if my friends and family like it, because its not on there body. (mind you they all think that its great) And, by next week I will have my initials done in Old English on the back of my neck..thats not all that origional either...But, I think it will look great the way I have the fill designed, and my intials are also those of my great uncle who passed away at a very young age in a transport accident.

For your maltese cross design, I think it would look cool. IF it is done properly. But the way im picturing it right now, it would look rather plain, or naked. What do you plan on having in the middle of the cross?

And..how exactly do you plan on getting it done if you dont want to goto a tattoo shop? Good old guitar string and a battery method I presume? Not always the smartest idea, but..whatever works for you..just remember..if you make any little screw ups...that screw up is there forever :nono: Personally I would say its much easier, and safer if you goto a shop, but hell...im not tryin to preach to you, its your body, do as you please.

like I said...this guy had a very successfull shop up in michigan but he had to move down her because of his family and thats why he doesnt have a shop anymore. He has all of the equipment and he still does tatooing as a side job.

I dont know what i want in the middle of it. a swastika? lol jp! no but thats why i posted this thread. for ideas for what i could add to it. i was also thinking about putting fire around it or something like that with the barbed wire.

And for an idea for fill, I dont know if your into this type of thing or not, but if you look at custom truck magazines (ie. Truckin, or Mini Truckin) some of the paintjobs have these pretty impressive skulls and things that are kind of hidden in the paint, sort of like ghost flames. If you could get an artist to draw something like that, inside of the cross, it would look pretty wicked, IMO.

yeah that would be cool..i could imagine that would be really hard to do though. if its possible
