Is this Death Wobble??

On my 2000 Cherokee Sport, there is swaying in the back end when I go over bumpy roads or big puddles. Worst on a particular stretch where there are lots of small dips in the road, usually travelling 30-45 mph. It's not violent, not shaking, don't feel it in the steering wheel. Maybe unrelated, but last winter had trouble getting out of 4WD (wouldn't disengage unless I stopped and turned engine off).
This doesn't seem to meet the description of DW that I've read here and elsewhere. Car is not modified at all (lifted, etc). I plan to replace rear tires, get alignment checked and maybe new rotors. There has been a little leak in rear differential that dealer said was not a big deal. Any ideas? Anything else I should check/get replaced???

Every death wobble I've heard of has been in the front end.
Yours sounds like a shockabsorber problem if anything. Just my first thought.
could also be the the suspension arms I suppose. But it seems to new for that.
