Sock Stereo (2003 LX)

I have a 2003 Ford Taurus LX and I like it. (I got the LX and not the SES is because I want to make that car my car if you know what I mean) It has been good to me and Fords are the only car that can take my driving :evillol: . But when it comes to the Stereo I want an aftermarket one so I can put like TV's and some 18's in my car, or just if I can get "Fords" CD player for it? I was looking at the stereo and I cann't think of an aftermarket CD player that would look nice cause of the way the sock Stereo is. I hope you know what i mean. And I know that the car shits and gets good right now, but if you know where I can get some aftermarket parts for the Engine I would love that. Thanks For All Your Help.
