Along with a lot of engine bay modification, you'd also need an ecu, transmission, mounts, wiring harness, etc. There are so many things that need to be addressed. My suggestion is that unless you do not have a perfect engine, then don't attempt this. This is not an easy thing to accomplish, and is definately not the cheapest. If you want the security of having another engine on tap, and it's a price too good to pass up...f@#k it...get it and have it available. If you're looking to get some power out of your already good, vq30de engine, look into cattman performance for headers, y oipe, exhaust, etc. The y pipe paired with an intake of some kind has yielded 18 whp, and is relatively cheap. Just think about it...an engine swap is not an easy thing to accomplish, nevermind the fact you're taking an engine from another chassis and trying to get it to fit, and again is not the cheapest thing to do.
