Isuzu Trooper II Steering Wheel Lock?

I need to know how to prevent the steering wheel from locking when I tow my Trooper II behind my motorhome?

Can I disable the steering wheel lock? If "yes" how?
Can I install a switch to select off and on? If "yes" how?
Is there another way to allow towing the TrooperII? If "yes" what?

FOLLOW UP;
For others who may have this problem of towing an Isuzu Trooper here is what you do. Start the engine and then turn off the ignition BUT DO NOT remove the ignition switch. Put the transmission in neutral position and make sure the parking/emergecny brake if OFF.
Now you can tow the vehicle safely. Al Barrs
