what company makes the easiest nitrous kit to install? without having to tap into to much stuff or cut things.

lol. there's alot of anwsers, depending who you ask. i think the term your looking for is "dry kit". it spays into your intake no more then 18'' away from your TB, or you'll get puddling. if you get Nitrous, your going to need colder plugs, and smaller gaps. you might as well go ahead and get the AEM high flow fuel rails that have nitrous ports on them, and run "wet" kit. to be honist. if your going to buy Nittrous bassed on the Easyest kit to install. stay the fuck away from it, casuse your going to mess somthing up. their not easy to install.

thanks man. the only reason i asked for easiest to install is because im installing it myself but never did a nitrous system before. but yeah your right. so do the AEM fuel rails already have the ports on them, or will i have to modify? and yeah i was thinking wet kit, but to my understanding thats supposed to be for turbo/sc motors. this is also on my ls motor.

get the zex dry kit, very easy install. only took me an 1 1/2 hours to install. And it works great.

i dont understand what ur guys obsession with dry kits are. look at the installation instructions of both on zex.com and u can see the wet install requires less steps. as for needed a fuel rail if ur going to get a wet kit, well ur wrong. Scotsee u obviously have no idea what ur talking about so dont give biased information. Wet kits are def easier to install end of story...

ill lay off, ill lay off cuz i dont want to embarass you. Why spend a bunch of extra money just so u can screw something into ur fuel rail instead of drilling a hole into ur intake???
as for the NOS question...its not that NOS is any less functional but its more that the zex kit is just superior. it contains all the solenoids into one unit, and is known to have less deadly solenoid failures than most other companies. also because the zex kit uses a TPS switch it will only activate at WOT when nitrous is safest. definitely go with zex, and if ur looking for ease of install go with the wet kit. The only thing i see better about the dry is that sense it used ur stock injectors it is less likely to have fuel shortages that could cause detonation.

its not a switch its an actuator thats installed under your gas peddel, and its not wot, its an open level of anything you set it to, depending on placement. embarass me??? please.

he zex kit WOT activation is a nice feature... You just wire it to the stock TPS sensor in the engine bay. Makes it easy to install.

If you consider splicing fuel, and running fuel lines is easier yeah. The zex kit you just take the vacume line going from your intake manifold to the FPR and run it into the box, and out to the fpr. takes... 2 mins. Also wet kits are more prone to nitrous backfires, since there is mixed fuel/nitrous in the intake manifold. Also for the price of the zex kit includes throttle activation, a good newbie safety feature.
Zex is a good kit for beginners or somebody looking for a easy safe 55-75 shot. Definately need a wet kit/direct port for anything higher.
