:lol: Yeah shocking isn't it. Actually there was no need to, I lived in NYC most of my life (so I always took the bus or trains), lived in PR for one year and drove my dads nova. Then went into the army, came back to NY years later and got a job across from where I live. Still no need for my own vehicle. But I always rented a car when I wanted to get away. It wasn't until I'm 33 that I actually get my own payed first car, the Mazda.

Okay enough about me, lets get back to the topic.

My first car was a 1937 Dodge Brothers 5 window business coupe. Got her in 1960 at age 14 with $150 that I had saved up. Hated selling her when I went off to college.

paid $3,000, i was 17 yrs. old. junior in high school
bought the car in 98 with 62,000 original miles, owned her for
4 months, had to trade her off due to bad gas mileage. i ended
up getting a 91 rs camaro with a V6, was nice. but lacked power,
but i hung onto her until 2002 and i traded her off to a 90 RS camaro
with a V8 and a 5 speed tranny, that was garage kept and owned by to old people its like brand new. but i would love to have my 80 trans am today.
