It is toward the back just before the muffler on the drivers side. mounted to the inside of the frame rail.
Release the fuel pressure at the fuel rail.

Instead of releasing at the fuel rail and spraying fuel everywhere, pull your fuel pump fuse and start the car, let it run until it dies, and voila, the pressure is relieved. Make sure you use penetrant on the threaded end, those fuel lines are MONEY!!!

Instead of releasing at the fuel rail and spraying fuel everywhere
If you do it carefully you will not spray fuel. I have done it many times.
