UPDATE: i just filled up my rad with plain water and let the truck run for about 15-20 mins and now its not leaking. i'm still worried about this problem though so please anyone with any info for me please reply

Try using a mirror to see if there ia a head gasket leak back there.

On my engine (2,8L) there are 2 frost plugs behind the flywheel. They can rust through, which would cause the leak. Antifreeze helps to desolve rust, which could really explain why the leak isn't there with straight water...

Pulling the engine can be a tough job for just a leak, so you might want to try disconecting the heater hoses (and plugging them) and run a rad sealer through the system.

Otherwise have fun pulling the motor to fix it.

Good luck

Could also be the intake manifold gasket. Not simple but not as bad as pulling the motor!
