hey fellas....i think the thing ima do next is put on some skunk2 coilovers and slam it cause right now my suspension feels shot, but first i need to know if these are worth the penny or should i invest in something else, like struts first? i found the skunk2's for $259.95 for the set,but i also found a set of ground controls for $308.99 which would be better....money is an issue right now, im waiting on my tax return help me out someone

Get the Ground Controls unless you want to have an extremely stiff and uncomfortable suspension. And yes you'll also need new shocks, if the ones on the car are from the factory they are certainly dead after 10 years. Look for either Koni Yellows for adsjutables and maximum performance or Bilstein SP's for a great non-adjustable shock. Plan to spend $800-900 dollars for the package.

IMO you need Koni Yellows to handle the stiffness of the springs properly. Koni Reds are a great stock replacement with some adjustability, but they are not out and out performance shocks for serious performance springs.
