blinkers in mirriors

Does anyone know if the blinkers can be purchased and put on a Envoy that do not have these on them yet?? Does GM wire it for the lights in the mirriors?? I know the bottom part snaps off...

I think it's wired for it but you'll have to buy the mirrors. The cable runs to a standard harness behind the door panel, near the handle.
