hey, does anybody have the M3 mirrors with the LED. I have a black 99 silverado and I am looking for a smaller mirror and I like the LED look but I don't know if they are maybe TO small for my truck, it is a single cab. Please reply with your thoughts...

I just installed those on my 89 1500. They are okay, but yes, they are kind of small. The other problem (also posted earlier) is that they are POWER mirrors, so if you dont' have power mirrors already, then you'll have to wire them up. I didn't so I am still hoping someone can provide me a schematic for the power mirror switch. The M3 kit I bought (off Ebay) didn't come with any diagram for the the mirrors, only 4 wires hanging off a harness. Good luck with the mirrors, you should be able to pick some up for around $50 on ebay.

They will be smaller, as is the case with any aftermarket mirrors. Since you have a 99 and you do not have electric mirrors, the wiring should already be there for a hook up. I'm assuming you do, so it will just be fairly simply disconnect/connect operation.
By the way, you have a 99 Silverado, so you should have posted in the Silverado forum and not the C/K:wink:

I think we need 3 forums for Silverados.... I'm sure you'd all agree that 86 to 87 was the biggest difference in model years... I don't know why the years are split where they are.

M3 Mirrors belong on M3's not trucks, I know I have one! Cal Vu has a smaller morror that resembles the 92-99 stock truck mirros but are scaled down about 1/2 the original size these look better since they match the OE styling of the truck.
