Need help with Windows and Lighter

Can anybody tell me how to put in a new cigarete lighter in a 94 Isuzu Rodeo? I don't know how to take out the old one, and also how to fix my windows. The front driver side window rolls up half way then I have play with it to get it to go all the way up, and the back passenger side window doesn't do any thing. Please help.
