Blown fuse

I own a 1993 Town Car Executive Series with 198000 miles on it. I parked it yesterday everything was fine, got in it today started it up my cluster would not come on. As soon as I replaced the fuse for that circuit it immediatly blew again. It got rained on pretty hard that night could something have gotten wet. Any help will be appreciated.

Well then you would definately have a short somewhere. Best to have some kind of electrical schematic to help you determine where the wiring and fuses/fusible links are.
