get the above message and i have replaced the
temp sending unit as well as the coolant level sensor in the overflow bottle
but this message still comes on
when this comes on it shows the radiator but i looked as best i could and do not find any sensors on the radiator and the jeep dealer cant find any for that particular jeep either it is a 96 Grand Cherokee with V8 and most wishtles and bells
any body got an idea as to what is going on this has been going on for about 8 months
the other day the bat went dead and i had to jump start it and it apears that when you turn the headlites off they stay on
will this be the switch or is there some relays in there?
Thanks

Does your Grand have a delay on the headlights? If yours is loaded theres a good chance that there are going to be a relay(s) controling your lights. Try cycling your switch on/off to see if they go out, look near the switch there should be a control knob of sorts to control the delay on the headlights.

As far as your "bad sensor" light, look at your wiring at the connector, and check your grounds. Also try resetting your computer by removing the negative cable from the battery for about 10 minutes. This should reset your computer, and hopefully the light will go out.
