00 camry lower help

i have 00 camry I4 and i was thinking lower my camry. can someone teach me which brand spring is good? and do i need to change my shock, too?

I know that Eibach makes a good set of springs for the Camry, and you don't have to change your struts, although you may want to so your handling won't be compromised.

As Yotatechie said Eibach is the way to go, most ppl when lowering their car, aslo change out there struts but it is not really needed.
