My buddy has an 85 GT, and he is looking at throwing on a turbo or supercharger, does anyone know of some really well done complete kits that will give him approx. 210 to 250? and he is also curious about a limited slip, did the GT come with one? (he isn't too excited about testing it) and iff not where would be a good place to find one?
Thanks for any help you can offer

The turbo kits (Miller-Woods) are rather expensive, if they are still made for the 2.8. You may be able to fabricate a supercharger for the 2.8, but that also involves money and time. A GM 3800 SC engine is a viable engine swap for the Fiero which would give you the HP you want in a bullit proof engine. Also rather pricey.
With the engine over the drive wheels, you get really good traction. Although there wasn't a limited slip persay, I get both wheels leaving rubber if I try.

well the reason for the LSD would be for the turning while accelerating (he has managed to light up the inside tire more than once) he does a bit of auto crossing, so he would like somthing good for that, maybe somthing like a helical (sp?) type, those usually give you the best handling out of all of them, ya and due to the auto crossing you can probalkly now assume that he wants a smaller turbo that gives him good torque, but still with good top end pull, basicly a turbo with quick spool up, and for that website that manufacturer that you mentioned, do you have a URL?

Faegol Superchargers makes custom superchargers for the 2.8. They're for s10 trucks and made to run with TBI or carb systems, but you may get it to work with MFI if you're clever enough.
