Ok. This is my story. I was working on the engine for the Revell Enzo Ferrari. For everything silver, I sprayed it on the sprue w/ Tamiya Silver (TS Cans....) Then I painted the little "ferrari" covers Red, again w/ Tamiya Spray (Italian Red). I painted hte belts with Tamiya Spray again but this time in Matte Black.(notice a trend?) Ok. so things are going well. I touch up a few spots w/ Testors enamel maybe 6 hours later. Testors Red over Tamiya Red. Testors Black over Tamiya Black.
Well. The black paint spilled. It got onto the engine. So! With the paint still fresh, I tossed it into the bucket of CSC. 24 hours later, the Laquer was all gone, but. Every section i touched up w/ the Testors laquer stayed. So did the black spot where the paint spilled. Can anyone explain to me what happened and what i can do to resolve this?

One paragraph you said Testors enamel, and the second one you said lacquer. Which one is it? Testors enamel does come off in CSC but it takes a while especially if it's brushed on since it's thicker. Try a couple of days then scrub with a toothbrush.
