Please Help Me Again, last time...

Alright im gunna try to go into detail so its prolly gunna be long, alright I have a 1991 honda civic with an 89' DOHC ZC ls Engine. My problem is that when I start up the car the engine shakes really bad, not the mounts cuz I checked that, but its the idle and its really low and sounds like its about to stall out, i messed with that screw to change the idle time and same thing it just sucks in more air. Ok it runs though just sounds like its gunna stall any second, i tried driving it around and when I press the gas I can hear the sucking sound but like a 1/2 second later the RPM needle moves and it revs. Also when I drove it around I got into 3rd gear and it wouldnt really go any faster than 50 when i was flooring it. Also I have a CRX hf ECU but before these little problems it topped out at 110, but thats a different problem, plus i smell gas really really bad when i shut off the car, and when i shut it off it sounds like air leaking somware I just dont know ware. And when i try to drive when im in first gear i press the gas and the needle slowly goes up, now i changed my spark wires and fuel filter. Also I checked the compression and im forgot the exact numbers but three were 7.xx's and one was a 5.xx, so if anyone has had this happen or could gimme suggestions please help me.

What ecu is that? You should have a PM7 or PG7 in there.... A PM6 will work too but performance will suffer.
What codes are you getting?

Also check the timing it may be possible it jumped time. Not sure where the timing marks are on the ZC but check those. Or one jumped and the other didnt. hell I dont know just thrownin out possiblitys
