Headlights wont turn off

I just purchased a 1995 Bonneville, when I got it home I could not get the headlights to turn off. This car is equiped with the twilight sentinel, but I don't know if there could be a problem there. The manual light control is turned off. I had to pull both the fusses for the head lights and parking lights to get them to go off. Please help.

This morning I disconnected the battery and reinstalled the fusses. Headlights stayed off. I now have a feeling that the timer for the Twilight Sentinel is the problem. Does anyone know how to disable the Twilight Sentinel??

There was a recall on those cars with Twilight sentinel. I would bring back to the place you purchase he car and have them replace the part.
