99 suburban wont start

Just was fixing an out turn indicator...turned out it was a bad fuse, now the whole car wont start. When I turn the key I hear a really fast clicking noise kind of like a machine gun. It sounds to me like the starter but it would be some kind of huge coincidence if this happened just as I was fooling around with some fuses under the hood. I tried to put everything back to where it was before I had even come along but no luck...If anybody could help that would be great thanks.
