JDM Cluster Problems

Alright I took my old cluster out today and we were compairing the backs of the clusters. The JDM one had no plug in for the SRS plug, and there was no plug for the Tachometer from the old wire harness. We don't really want to start cutting wires and shit right yet, as we don't know what to do.But if I cant fix it were going to bring it to a buddy of mine, but i'd rather not bother him.

Any suggestions to help me out? Thanks.
