1983 K5 parking/turn signal replacement

Am I suppose to have to remove the front grill just to
replace a burned out bulb?
Is this a $60 labor bill to replace a $1 light bulb by Mr. Goodwrench?

Shouldn't be that hard. I'm not positive what your lights look like, but if you can unscrew teh front of the light. Can you get me some pics?
