1992 Eagle Summit No-Start

I have a 1992 Eagle Summit 3DR Wagon DL.. This thing won't start, I've tried the Distributor, Had the computer checked out.. These are the most common problems I have read about.. I had someone tell me to check the Emissions Control Module but I can't find it anywhere.. Anyone know where to look for it on this car? :confused: Its a 1.8 Litre 4-Banger Mitsubishi engine.. It cranks but I don't get a spark.. Thanks for the help in advance! :smile:

The ECU should be located close to the glove box.
