89 accord hard starting

need some help guys. 89 honda accord very hard starting first thing in the morning. cranks but doesn't start. I put gas in the carb, sometimes that works and sometimes not. if I turn the key on and off sometimes this works sometimes not. usually starts ok when warm. Thanks Steve

Figure out what system enrichens the mixture when the engine is cold and you're 90% of the way to solving your problem. It's either a signal problem or a gas supply problem.
