GenIII?

The CT20B is the only worth mentioning part that comes to mind...

the valve shims are set up differently on the 3rd gen, and the porting on the head is different... i'd look at the whole head if you can get a good deal on it, 3rd gen is meant to hold valve clearances better.
3rd gen loses the AFM ..gets MAP and MAT sensors (improved air flow)
theres a few more bits too...

AFM.MAP and MAT sensors translation pls.

AFM = air flow meter
MAP = Manifold Pressure (sensor)
MAT = Manifold Temperature (sensor)
