I'm thinking about changing the color of my headlights and the back ones to match the color of my neons (white). They're the original color now. How would I do that, and is it a good idea? And how much would it cost?

Ok, I want to change the color of the headlites & the taillites to match exactly (or close to) the color of my neons.

You can't change the tail light color, the law requires they be red, They make many different colors of headlights, but even stock ones are white, so if your neons are white, they already ARE the same color.
