The drain plug is on the drivers side - bottom. It is a big plastic wing nut. It does not come all the way out. You can even reach under the car without jacking it up and unscrew it.

I know it should be there but it is not... there are three brackets far left center and far right that seem to be holding radiator on could it be under that? I would not think so myself but does not seem to be any room for it.
thank you

Disconnect the lower radiator hose.
That will drain it.
I am not kidding, that is what I do, I don't waste a bunch of time with that little drain plug, I pull the hose off and be done with it.

I seem to go thru this on every flush. it will either be as earlier mentioned on the drivers side, bottom. on this location, it will be about a inch in diameter. I normally use a small pliers to spin it carefully.
On my 97 Blazer, the drain is below the lower radiator hose on the passenger side. this style is about 1/2 inch in diameter and it is usually difficult to get to. this style will have a short drain hose on it to guide the antifreeze to the bucket.
When all else fails, I like the suggestion to pull the lower hose. Messier, but easier.
