Alternator

The alt blew in my 1990 2.0 TSi front wheel drive Talon and i need to get a new one. In calling around i found out there is now 65 amp and 90 amp versions. Problem in the current alt in my car is refurbished so i don't know if its the proper alt for my car.

Anyone know which i should get?
