GSX vs GT

Looking for another eclipse, have found some good eclipses. Including a gt and a gsx for about the same price and about the same mileage. Which one should i get?

WHich car would win in a race, The GSX with an upgraded turbo or a GT with a Ripp Mods Supercharger?

IF i get the GT and mod it i will be looking at 400HP+, some people say there would be traction problems. Is this true?

chances are you will have more problems with the 4g63 or whatever the engine is...ive got a 5 speed gt eclipse, it has pretty good power, just added a aem cai.....ive only ridden in a gst..i hear gsxs are a very fast car but after the quarter mile i guess they only get slower because of the awd??? this is what ive heard

the actual fact is that a GS-T will beat a GSX stock because the weight disadvantage doesn't outweigh the traction advantage, the GSX weighs about the same as a 2000 GT, but as soon as u start upgrading, the acceleration of the GS-X will burn anything of comparable hp just because it will have traction

Maybe you should ask these questions in the Eclipse forum where people won't make ASSumptions.

stock vs stock the GST will not beat the GSX.. yes the GSX weighs more but i doubt less than 200lbs makes a big difference. equal driver and same hp car, the GSX will win. you cant beat a GSX off the line in a GST. after the 60ft, the cars are the exact same so the gst will be behind pacing the gsx the whole race(unless there is a driver error)

i'm justgoing by what i read on the reviews for the car the reviews say that stock to stock the GS-T will take a GS-X, now i'm not totally sure on the launch point, or if they are going from idle stand still
but i know it isn't the same hp to the ground and not the same weight, so there are differences in both the GT will lose to a GSX everytime stock for stock unless the GS-X slips up

no 3gen will take a gsx stock vs stock.

i love eclipses but mitsu needs to get back with the program and make a 4gen turbo eclipse. the concept for the next generation looks like a grand am mixed with a toaster..
