that is the bomex kit. pretty common kit. prolly cuz its best looking affordable kit. im sure many will agree with me there....notice i said affordable :D

The bomex kit is 1500.. the one i have is identical to that and it was 900.. ill just post a bigger pic of my car oneday. u cant see it very well in my avatar

i paid $530 on ebay....ive been seeing them for like 375 on ebay recently.

I was bout to say that.. i was thinkin bout lowering mine.. but the front bumper would be 3 inches off the ground..only thing about the bumper is that on the sides it angles down.. thats what scratches most of the time.. but ive scratched the very front of it on the ground a few times :(

but urs looks lower than mine.. i wonder if the base were lower than the ES

i dont think mine looks lower than yours. there's several knock offs of the bomex kit maybe mine just sits a lil lower. that corner in front of the front tires is like barely 3 inches off the ground at stock height. im considering getting a different front bumper cuz i really wanna lower my car. if i do it with that bumper ill scrape just pulling out of my driveway. ive considered the 99 front end but its a lil too pricey. i havent really found many aftermarket bumpers that i like so i may be stuck with this or switch to a first gen stock 3kgt front bumper

Too bad for me that all of my body kit is molded on, so theres no takin it off...but min is 5 inches from the ground on that corner..but also, is ur front bumper craking a little bit?

its been cracking a lot since i hit that curb lol i got a stress crack from the bottom to the top.

owch, u hit a curb with it?.. i would prolly take off a chunk if i did that.. so are u goig to put all the mesh on the kit?

its funny u say it would prolly take a chunk out of it. the front bumper they sent me had a different cutout for the corner lenses so they had to cut a big hole then glass em in. i was backing out of a parking spot at work and there is a curb on the passenger side of my car that goes about half way down my car....i started backing out....turned the wheel a bit too early (i wasnt thinking...too excited to be leaving work) and caught the corner in front of the tire on the curb pretty hard. it took out a chunk of the part they glassed and stress cracked it all the way down. i showed the guy who put it on...and he showed me a brand new bomber front bumper with the right lense cutouts in the back of his shop. $175 installed.....oh yeah baby :) but im still considering going with some year/model stock front bumper

edit:as for mesh....i havent got the kit painted yet....so im gonna repaint the whole car then put the mesh on

when u get it painted.. paint that black strip above the windows.. like how mine is.. it makes a big difference

yeah i was thinking about that....i do kinda like the black around the windows but im sure it will look better white....

btw...its kinda funny that we're having like 3 convorsations in 3 different threads at the same time lol

lol yupyup.. i would tell u to paint the tail lights like mine also, but im the only 1 with them like that

i was thinking about doing some vinyl to em....the middle piece has to be all white. the the actual tails i havent decided yet....ill think of something....

hm.. ive seen a guy with on and he painted hem an mased out cirlces.. so it was like 3 circles on each side

yeah i saw that too....i kinda liked it. but i wanna do something more original. i was thinking cut out like 3 inch and a half lines going left to right. 1 at the top middle and bottom. i dunno. just an idea

edit: oh....i also thought about getting some eclipse tails....have u seen the white ones...not the euro crap style but the actuall white lenses? i bet my body guy could fab them in

u would have to get the center also.. but its not gonna be long enough
