Cost of the War is said to be around 128 billion dollars.
....or $4,267 per citizen of Iraq to liberate them.
Here is what you and each citizen got for that $4,267
1. No more mass graves
2. No more rapes by Hussein's sons
3. No more lush palaces built with money supposed to be used to buy food
4. No more impressment into the service of Hussein's army to wage war on neighboring countries
5. No more threat of Iraqi helicopters gassing your village
6. No more threat of being drug out into the street and being shot for no reason
7. No more sanctions against your country by the UN
8. Hope that peace, freedom, and democratic ideals will root
9. Hope that Iraq will become prospersous and take its rightful place in the community of nations
10. No more terrorists using your country as a training base
11. No more money being funneled to terrorist groups instead of improving conditions for its own citizens
Sounds like a bargain.
Did I miss anything? Maybe it was an even bigger bargain.

Go to Najaf today.Be bombed by a tyrant from another country.
you can have your own grave when the USA kills you.
You can be imprisonned without charge and beaten and humilliated while in jail
No more lush palaces,or any other building that the US wants to bomb.
No more authorities of ny kind not picked by a foreign power.
Lasting sickness, birth defects, and eventual horrible death from radioactive dirty weapons [d u artillery] fired by the US.
No threat of being dragged out into the street to be shot,USAF will bomb you where you sleep if it feels that the end justifies the means.
Nothing left for the UNto inpose sanctions on,nor any money to buy essentials previously blockaded by the UN at the insistence of the US.
Hope that one day the occupying army will piss off and give them their country back.
Knowledge that any infrastucture put in place will benefit American companies far more than Iraqis
Terrorist Bush using your country as a shooting gallery to prop up his failed term as president.
Money being funnelled to UScorporates instead of staying in Iraq
Cost per Iraqi $4267. And rising with every Iraqi death
Call that a bargain? It's a disgrace to humanity.
VOTE KERRY TO END BUSH'S LIES.
NO MORE POLITICAL MURDERS IN IRAQ.

How can you possibly argue that it is worth the cost when the total cost is so far from being talllied? Bush would bankrupt America rather admit he fucked up.What has been spent thus far has been a shameful waste of life and money.
No WMD,No Osama,No self-determination for the Iraqi people and those who object to the American presence in their country are still being suppressed with airstrikes? Geez, buddy, can't wait for Kerry to take the helm and steer you guys back on a civilised course. If Lady liberty could weep for what Bush has perpetrated in her name, there would be waterfalls of shame on Ellis Island.

You can be imprisonned without charge and beaten and humilliated while in jail or you can get your head removed from your neck because you are working to rebuild. No more lush palaces,or any other building that the US wants to bomb. No more dictator to live in the lush palaces that he hid in while he tortured and killed thousands. No more authorities of ny kind not picked by a foreign power. At least not until the first election in Iraq.

You don't live in the U.S.(thank God) and you don't like the U.S. (We won't loose any sleep over it)
I think we got it.

ONE question I need for you to answer.
Now, why was ANY of the above any of MY f'ing problem? A problem enough, where I'd spend more money than my current commuter car cost me?
You pompous, hypocritical piece of shit.
You will gladly rebuke Iraqis for who, and what they are, their religion included. You will gladly support any effort to turn where they stand into a "parking lot", yet you flaunt all this "humanitarian" good deeds we have done for them?
Think about THESE "costs", bub:
13,000+ = number of dead Iraqi civilians.
900 or so, and rising = number of dead American sons and daughters.
That's not even including the 12-thousand-or so Americans that have been injured, including those that have permanent disabilities.
Still a bargain, asshole?
I didn't even mention the Coalition soldiers that died, as I know you are SO patriotic, and only care about the Americans in this war, right?
Now what if it was a Democrat that authorized this war? I know LBJ was, and still is, widely rebuked by Republicans for his support of the Vietnam War.
BTW, that was the same Democrat that Kerry was essentially opposing, when he protested the war.

I would rather that $128 billion of American money be spent in America.
That's $128 billion down the drain, for the short term, that's money entirely wasted, effort and lives wasted.
So there was $128 billion worth of change - and yet they don't seem much better off - money well spent?

I'd rather the 128 billion would have stayed in the taxpayers pockets, but thats a different story. 128 billion being spent on Iraq to date is money well spent if not staying in our pockets where billions more should have stayed instead of handouts to the lazy.

Ok. The name calling has gone way past anything thats acceptable.
We should all smack ourselves on the back of the hand and say "bad".
I don't want to count the number of guidelines quite a few of us are breaking.
