problem

i was messing around with my crappy amp and it was grounded with the screws witch i dont think is a good idea and i hooked up the - and + backwards and then somethign went crack or tick or wutever but then the radio and the amped stop working and all the fuses in the fuse pannle are good could it be a big metal fuse thing that says 12v? thanks any thing will help

the amp and the radio both should have a fuse mounted on them, check those. check your power wire fuse also.

those are all good i conected the radio and amp the the fuse box on pwr assec and it works but my dash lites dont work my horn dont work and some other stuff up front

you blew another fuse somewhere ........ check under the hood

under the hood is the fusable links and there should also be a fuse box under the dash on the passenger or driver's side.
