The sites suggested above are good ones. I'll also suggest japanengine.com
I got my motor from them and I have 2 buddies who've got their swaps from japanengine..all where in excellent condition, no problems. No BS and shipped very fast, they even except COD.

If you get your b16. Ditch the block and replace it with a gsr short block. You wont be disappointed :)

B16 head on the b18 block?
While I dont mind just going all b18 anyways, what will that do exatally? I acctually have never heard of that one yet. BTW the point behind the b16 was for weight and compatibilty with motor mounts and overall modification of the engine bay prior to the swap. Im not looking for all out balls to the wall performance, and im not looking to make it into a $5k home entertainment center on wheels either, basically a daily driver with more pep than the watered down american Si. Last note, not really wanting to lower it too much at all, maybe some Tein springs and full coilovers but not going to just spring it or chop it to drop the car on its nuts. Also looking for some nice 16"s with good width that is simi-light weight. So if I could get some advice in that department too. Thanks in advance.

B16 head on the b18 block?
While I dont mind just going all b18 anyways,.
Yes why not? Its much CHEAPER than getting a whole gsr swap. I had a full b16 in my rex but then my boy sold me his Integra Type R short block with ctr pistons in it. All i had to do is switch blocks! My car was so much faster cause of more torque and of course higher hp. U can find a gsr short block for 400-600. Bare or not just replace the pistons with Ctr which only cost like 300 bucks brand new. Its a cheap set up ( poor mans type r) trust me you'll luv it! I know you dont want to go "all out" but it doesn't hurt to go a lil faster with a cheap set up. When u get the b16 u have everything on it. Just swap the blocks! You should hit high 13s with that set up :)

Thanks mellowboy, like I said before, I was unaware of the swap you were talking about. At first I thought you ment LS-Vtec, but I dont really dig that. But the b16 head on the b18 body sounds cool, I'll look into that. But im still going to run into the problem with having to order different, more expensive motor mounts for the b18 block correct? And I know that the b16 was suppose to be an actuall engine that came in some of the euro rex's but when we did my friends b16 swap into his, it was a major pain and actually required some "modification" to the firewall and shiftlinkage. I know im not going to avoid the sameproblems with my swap, but the b18 block sounds much for difficult for me. Anyways, give me feedback please. Thanks.

b18 wont be any more trouble than a b16.

B18, no more trouble? What about more cost if you wanna do it properly? Much more expensive for a DECENT B18 than B16....

If you shop around, a 1st gen B16 can be aquired for relativley the same price as an LS swap. Thats the beauty of having a 4th gen, being able to utilize the older, cheaper and non-OBD B16A.
My vote goes for B16A swap, then get a GSR block for it, and ITR cams and IM. Nice fast setup for not too much money that should never give much problems when daily driven.

Yeh the only thing is that you have to change the driver side mount bracket on the gsr block and replace it with the b16 driverside mount bracket. Not hard at all. Then you can buy Hasport mounts and shift linkage. The swap is very easy. The only hard part is the wiring. Its not that expensive believe me. :)
