Hydro's like SHIT, very bouncy. Air ride is 10x better for ride quality.

both can be set up fast...SO don't think the Hydro's are that much faster. They have the fast valves and all for the Bag systems and it does a great job.. the Hydros are a bit rough/stiff ride as opposed to the air ride from bags..

this is the thing to remember:

Gas can be compressed, liquid cannot

so...
liquid (water) will give more firmness but less "give" (softness)

gas (air) will give less fimness but more "give" (softness)

if you have the your setup right and the weight of the vehicle isn't massive it can be done. I saw it 2 yrs ago at NOPI Nats w/ a CRX....
Also a little less mess w/ a air hose popping off as opposed to a hydraulic line....ewwwwwww
