95 f150 firing order and cam questions

Hey am building an engine for my 95 with 230,000 miles on it. was wondering what the firing order of a 95 5.0L is in a f150. Have not went out and got a manual for that new of a truck yet. I have an 86 roller cam motor 5.0L block thats getting bored at the moment. I was thinking that the 95 had a 351W firing order but have been to lazy to pop the hood lately. Also I was wondering if it was an absolute must to use a roller cam on these EFI engines? This truck must be from california or something cause it has a Mass Air Flow sensor in the intake tube by the air box. any info would be helpful. thanks
