Juke Problems

Can anyone help me with my car? It Jukes at about 3000rpm in every gear, it seems as if its hesitating, its really annoying since i have to be real easy on the throttle everytime I use it or else it would throw me off my seat. It started doing this about a week ago, out of the blue it just started doing it, do you guys have any idea wat my problem is? could it be the transmission fluid? or any suggestions could help, my car has about 50k miles, 1.6L

what year is it? automatic or 5 speed, get torque converter or clutch checked. every gear at 3000 sounds like it may be one of those two though, the constant every gear is the worry to me. so check the TQ converter or clutch or it may be low in fuid they tend to jerk when low or dirty.
