Alright...here's the deal. When i bought this car it had 122,000 miles...and i had noticed for awhile it hesitated....had a rough idle....it was cutting out....and didn't have the typical h23 power and torque...so i tuned it up....still nothing...put in a new clutch....still havin problems..so i put a new exhaust with no catalytic converter...it was still acting up.....then i got the bright idea to change the timing belt....and then it started up and ran fine and was a lot faster....and it didn't cut out.....for 2 days it has ran awesome.....but now today it hesitated a little shifting from first to second.....and then when i pulled up to a stop sign and put it in neutral the rpms started jumping from 1000 to 2000 like somebody was tapping the gas pedal....anyways....it was really weird.....so i'm wondering if perhaps they didn't time it correctly at the shop after installing the belt or what.....i have ran several bottles of fuel injector cleaner through it also so they should be spraying fine.....and the diagnostic computer said fuel pressure was fine.....so if anyone has any suggestions they would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
