Installing Rear Speakers

Hello there, i am wondering if anyone knows the steps to taking out, and putting back in rear speakers in a 1996 Maxima. now keep in mind im only 16, soi need all the help i can get. i plan to upgrade to JL subs, and all new interior speakers, but i dont want to spend the money on professional instalation. anything will help, thanks.
