Do you know how to reset the trouble codes?
Are your battery cables clean and tight...mine quit suddenly like that until I cleaned and tightened the battery cables.

yes, Ihave reset the trouble codes several times and the battery terminals are clean and tight, it has to be something that doesnt normally happen.

I don't show codes for the intake tuning valve, what code numbers do you have.
Regarding the knock sensor code, see if you knocked the knock sensor wire connector loose when you changed #5 spark plug...rear plug/drivers side. The connector is just to the front of that sparkplug.
Regarding the EGR code, if a piece of carbon holds the little plug valve open, it'll let too much exhaust gas into the intake air and cause the motor to miss....add an inoperable knock sensor and you get one sick puppy.

I believe the code was 32 or 34 i'm not sure i dont have the book with me , but i just put a new egr on it about a week ago, over the weekend the car started and it threw that same knock sensor code so i went and bought one, the one driver side head, looked to be broken the neck of the sensor where the connector plugs in was reallyy loose, the new one was not, i ran the car for about thirty minutes after, and it didnt throw any codes yet, but it was idling rough and when i hit the gas it stutered like it was starving for fuel, so ii removed the pressure regulator from the injector unit and soaked it in carb cleaner, when i re-installed it it ran alittle better, it didnt hesitate when i smashed the gas but it still idled funky, i'm leaning toward getting a new regulator, it was hard but i know where i can get them. Let me know if you disagree with this you have beenn the only one thats replied, thanx, by the way do you know were the body ground is or were there is a good diagram of the electrical system.
