Something dripping from the transmission...

Its a 95 F 150...there is something dripping off the transmission. It is yellowish brown and smells like oil. Im assuming thats what it is but I dont know why its dripping from there. I tried to see if it was dripping from somewhere else on to that but I could not tell. It was dark but Ill have too look in the light. Any ideas please let me know.
