next upgrades

hey guys, jsut so you know my current modifications are as follows,
89 civic cx
vibrant SRI
2 1/4" cat back exhaust
now im looking to up grade a couple other things.
1) cam gear. would it really make a difference? if so do the lower end ones perform just as good as the higher? or is it you get what u pay for.
2) header. ive been looking and usually i look for deals through ebay, are the low end ones there just crap? if so wheres a good place to get a dc sports one? i live in canada.

header would be next logical step you've freed up the rest of the engines breating.
A header that isn't the OBX crap on ebay will be good i myself hate DC sports i had a chickra for a while it was good not the best but worth the 80 i paid
worry about cam gear later heck cam first then gear i think
