I am so mad, the guy at the Tire place, America's Tire Co. off of lake forest in lake forest ca, offered me 20$ for it, because he said it was already damaged by the curb, so it wasn't really his fault.

Well before the tire place there wasn't a piece of my side skirt missing.... Its so ugly, it looks like i treat my car like shit. I don't know what to do.

I'd freak about and me like......WELL IT WASNT CRACKED BEFORE! I'd atleast make him buy you a new skirt, and suck it up and pay for it to get painted since you fucked the paint up before.

Just because it was scraped before doesn't mean he doesn't need to pay for the part. The curb damage looks like a paint job only problem, where as what they did is unfixable damage. If they damaged it beyond repair while they were working on it then they HAVE to pay for the damage; that's what their insurance is for. There's no reason for that damage other than them being stupid and clearly putting the jack on your sideskirt and not the proper area of the actual body of the car. You should talk to them again (ask to talk to the owner if you haven't done so already) about it and if they aren't willing to pay for the damage, call the better business bureau.

Thats crap, complain, get your money, get what you deserve, easy as that.

damn that sucks, I definately would not just let that slide..and him offering you 20 dollars is a joke. I'de do what the person above me said about the BBB and if it has to come to it- small claims court. :(

i woudl be pissed but knowing me i wouldnt have the guts to go mad at him, i would just say , look im not happy with what you have done could a refund be arranged?

take the 20 bucks and get your tires free too, that'll be enough money to get another skirt

i agree i had a 90 crx with the wings west kit and i took it to the local import shop and they put a new set of tires on and they tried to back up and blew the new tires and bent my rims they said sorry and deal with it so i am currently sueing them
