Lights that Brighten to the Revs

Im not sure if this is the right forum for this, but...

I was wondering if it is possible to make ground effect lights get brighter based on the revs of the car. Ive seen on tv where theyve powered lights with a coil pack to make it pulse like an engine, but I think it would be cool if it pulsed to the engine and got brighter as the car revved higher. Anybody have any ideas how to make this possible?

possibly some form of getting it from the alternator but it only supplies poor current at idleing basically and normal cruising rpms would basically be as bright as they would get anyway.....

I wonder how snowmobile headlights work...notice they are dim when Idleing and then get brighter as it revs up to take off rpms....

With a snowmobile, when the rpm increases the alternator can deliver more power and the lights become brighter. With a car the alternator is usually good enough to deliver enough power, but I know some cars that have had problems with the voltage dropping under certain conditions.

It's a stator but o well same thing basically and ya A snowmobile don't need to much power to run its systems just throwin somethin out there.
